In my first visit i had a cake with coffee. It was great. When i returned second time i wanted to try their food and it was HUGE disapointment. Before to order food i asked to verify with the chef which dish he can make without spicy and without any kind if papper. Waitress showed me the dish. So i asked again to make sure that they understood - even little spicy i couldn't eat. They confirmed. Then after long waiting they brought me dish full of black papper!!!! I didnt even start it. I asked waitress: "what is this black small things all over dish? is it the black pepper which i asked not to put at all?" She took a dish for change coz yes it was papper!!! She said that she told the chef to make it without papper and she doesn't know why he put it. Then she changed only vegetable in this dish. It was potatos before, chef decided simply remove it from my dish for no reason. Fish remain the same full of black papper. Then i asked where is potatoes, coz i was searching at the beginning food with potatoes. And why they simply removed it from dish? Only after that they brought potatoes. And still it was very difficult for me to eat coz fish was spicy and my mouth was burning. But coz i already lost a lot of time i just had to eat it n leave. In this level of restaurant such attitude is not expected. I had a lot of good experiences in other restaurants n didn't have such problem. Here they just show that they DON'T CARE what client wants. Coz if they can not prepare dish the way client want - they MUST inform about it at the begining and then i would change restaurant and eat somewhere else or order smth else. But they take order anyway! Defenetely will never return to eat...
