I regret having to express my dissatisfaction, but the overall experience was so appalling that I find it necessary to share my candid feedback. This was, without a doubt, the most horrendous encounter either of us has ever had. Upon arriving at the establishment right at the opening (11 am), my friend and I were seated at a table. The waiter inquired if we intended to use the smoking zone, to which we replied affirmatively. Subsequently, he presented the menu card. We opted for 2 cold coffees (priced at 179 BDT per glass), but the waiter informed us that cold coffee was unavailable and suggested selecting a more expensive alternative. Fine, we thought. However, when we chose another item priced around 160 BDT, the waiter informed us that it was also unavailable and insisted on a pricier substitute. It seemed like the only items available were the expensive ones. Our simple request for the smoking zone resulted in the waiter pressuring us to purchase costly items, mandating a minimum of two orders. Absurd, right? Moving on to the food quality — we ordered chowmein and pasta, both of which were disappointingly subpar. The overall ambiance of the place gave the impression that it was only halfway prepared to accommodate customers. Our dissatisfaction extended beyond the food; the service left much to be desired. For couples seeking a pleasant venue to spend time together, I strongly advise against choosing this place, as it has the potential to spoil your day. I am giving 1 star just because they served us the food otherwise literally everything was below the satisfactory level. I went there with some of my friends on the 3rd day of EID. The place was full of people so we had to wait for vacant tables. While we were waiting for a table. I realized the staffs were entertaining the young guys who took their girlfriends/lady partner with them. And you can't even use the smoking zone if you don't have a chick with you. Now coming to food. We ordered set menu three and about 30 mins later they came with set menu 1. When I complained, they came and took the food and we had to wait for another 30 mins to get the food we ordered. The quantity of the food was good but it's useless when the food doesn't taste good. The only thing I liked about the platter was their spring roll. It had crisp and the taste was good. But all the other items were really horrible. There was a chicken chilly fry which sweet actually. The wonton was really horrible. The vegetable was average. Fried chicken was dry. Fried rice was not up to the mark. Overall the experience was horrible. I am not going back...
