Absolutely worst cashiers for an Artisan franchise. They act like they are the ones who will deliver, alter the clothes accordingly but, do not possess the knowledge that the customer needs to be aware of wait times before the bill is issued. The place itself is bad enough for claustrophobic people amidst covid, they had more employees on the floor than actual customers. The signs outside weren’t turned on after the sunset and not to mention the AC only activates if the store becomes alarmingly congested. Failed to meet customer satisfaction upon change of product..I went to change product 1 day after purchasing..they did not give change as their policy is change can b made 3 days after purchasing due to corona.but they kept the available size apart from display for me to take after 3 days..again when I went to take the same product they failed to give me the product which they kept for me..their sales representative deemed to irresponsible..their service is quite disappointing...

Expensive and classy. I love their children clothing collection. My kids love them. Collection of other items like men's clothing are average. You can find similar items in other city shops. This outlet is one of my favourite because of convenience. Doesn't have reliable car parking, sometimes it's available other times not, but if you have your driver, you can probably park your car in the streets. Price is slightly higher but quantity is better...
