Review: I love their cakes! The blueberry cheesecake is one of my favourites, and the red velvet is really good too.

Dumpling Soup: The broth is refreshing with a mild flavour and less spice, which I liked. However, the dumplings themselves weren’t that great — the coating felt a bit hard, and the filling wasn’t very satisfying.

Seafood Pasta: The portion size is good, and it comes with plenty of seafood. But the squid chunks were overcooked and quite hard to chew, so I didn’t enjoy this branch’s version much. I had the same pasta earlier at their Elephant Road branch, and it was much better — that one had a buttery, garlicky aroma that this one lacked.

Chicken Item: I forgot the name, but it tasted better than the pasta for sure. I have always enjoyed their cakes — the blueberry cheesecake remains one of my favourites, while the red velvet is equally delightful. Went to this place for sehri. well I was hungry at home so basically I was searching for sale places I visited the hashtag on Facebook for Sehri and hats off to the guy who is doing digital marketing for secret recipe. Is very talented good to see that he is that hashtag for sehri for which I got the offer before that I was searching from foodpanda and hungry naki but at my location no one was able to deliver food. So at started from my home to secret recipe you call me 30 minutes so the road was free. The place was open I call the customer care before going there the guy who talk with me was very professional and know how to treat customers. so I park my bike at outside of the road. Not aware of the place is there any parking or not.that was diesel open the gate entry and everyone was further guided me and give me to sit good place. I like their serving start the way that they serve the fork and the spoon and knife and also their behave is extremely ordinary.like the how to the customers and very much will manage the prices decent they don't have any service charge it's only vat. I had there a pleasure and the Oreo shake which was too good I will be recommending this to all of my friend within the reasonable budget it's really a good one and the environment is very nice neat and clean.Thanks...

As a so called flagship store of the Dhanmondi outlet, they have terrible customer service.

I went there on a fine evening around 6.30 PM on a weekday. The place was fairly crowded with a few tables open to be seated. We waited about 5 minutes for someone to come and take our order. As were in a hurry, we then went to the billing area and put down our orders. We ordered a slice of Burnt Cheesecake, Chocolate Cheesecake, and Blueberry Cheesecake.

As these are not meals which needs to be prepared after making an order, we were expecting them to be served quickly as we requested the staff who took our order. But, after waiting 10 minutes no one responded, and the serves who were nearby were super busy and never made eye contact to be able to call for help.

Afterwards, we went again to the staff to get an update and they casually said they are giving our orders, which made it seem like they forgot. The restaurant itself is nice and the food was great, but the staff was very unprofessional for a high end restaurant which is taking premium pricing for their food and service. A little attention to these details goes a long way or they would perish like other franchise restaurants in Dhaka.
