Qabab Garden — Restaurant in Sylhet Division

Because this place is in a 2nd floor of Sylhet's busiest area, Zindabazar; so, It might be little bit hard to locate; at least, it was for me, at the first time. :D But what you find inside, will feast your eyes for sure. These guys are relay kind to customers and their food is awesome! I really liked the way they decorate the dishes. Nothing very fancy to rack up the price. But there are little signs that they put in some effort to win your heart. And they are one of the very few brave enough restaurants in the city who dares to let the guests see how and where they prepare your food. The kitchen and the whole restaurant is very clean and organized. Five star to that! They put various offers out of their menu in time to time. You may find it interesting. So, ask if there any spacial offer or menu is available on that time. They except Visa, MasterCard and AmericanExpress card for payments; so, you don't have to count your coins before you order :p Overall, a very nice place to share a meal with friends and family. This used to be one of my favourite restaurants to order from when I was starving. I always went for one specific menu item on the FoodPanda app — the “Easy Lunch Pack.”

Back in 2023–2024, it was amazing: a generous portion of rice, their best quality 1/4 chicken, and even a 250ml Coke. The meal was filling, tasty, and worth every penny.

But recently, when I ordered the same thing, I was shocked. The portion of rice was so small it wouldn’t even fill a child. The chicken? Definitely not 1/4 anymore — more like 1/8, and clearly cut smaller on purpose. Yet the price stayed exactly the same.

In my opinion, this place has completely lost the quality and value it once had. Sadly, it seems that once they became popular, they stopped caring about maintaining their standards. I’d suggest avoiding it if you’re looking for the same...

A new kabab house at Mirpur Original 10 right beside Rabbani Hotel. We had our dinner here around 12.30 am. We had porota, nan, shikh kabab, achari kabab, malai chicken and beef handi. Only the beef handi was good but rest are not. Achari one was so dry and came with pickle/achar with it. Malai chicken had a gravy with powder milk.
