It is with a heavy heart that I pen this review, reflecting on what was once a beacon of culinary excellence and cherished nostalgia for many Sylheti people, including myself.
Woondaal, with its rich history and impeccable reputation, held a special place in our hearts for its consistently high food quality and timeless ambiance. However, it pains me to admit that the recent decline in standards has cast a shadow over its once-flourishing legacy.
During my most recent visit, I was met with disappointment as the food quality fell far short of expectations. Despite the significant investment made, the dining experience left much to be desired. It was disheartening to witness the deterioration of a beloved institution, leaving me questioning whether the Woondaal of old has been lost to the sands of time.
As a loyal patron who has witnessed the highs and lows of Woondaal's journey, I implore the management to heed this feedback earnestly. The restoration of Woondaal's former glory lies in a renewed commitment to excellence, both in terms of food quality and service standards.
