I recently visited the Grand Buffet Restaurant and Banquet Hall, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are a few of the issues I encountered:
Food Quality: The food was extremely disappointing. Most of the dishes were either bland or overly salty. Some items appeared to be sitting out for a long time, resulting in a lack of freshness. The variety was also limited compared to other buffets I’ve visited.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. Tables were not cleared promptly, and the overall hygiene of the place was concerning. The buffet area itself was messy, with spills and crumbs that were not attended to.
Service: The service was subpar. Staff members were either unresponsive or seemed uninterested in assisting guests. It took a long time to get refills on drinks, and when I did, the servers were not friendly or attentive.
Ambiance: The atmosphere of the restaurant was uninviting. It was overly crowded, noisy, and poorly lit. The seating arrangement was cramped, making it uncomfortable to enjoy the meal.
Value for Money: Given the quality of food and service, the price was far too high. I expected much more for the cost, and I left feeling like I had wasted both my time and money.
Overall, I would not recommend the Grand Buffet Restaurant and Banquet Hall to anyone. There are far better options available in the area that offer superior food, service,...
Read more1st of all they don’t refill the food items. Its not a worthy place as a Buffet because the behaviour of the most stuff are very bad. We only found 1 stuff behaving good. Their food have e very bad test... Nothing like restaurant.. There was no good or worthy food as for per person 950 taka. Beef curry had e very bad test. And they don’t refill the foods. No shrimp, no high quality fish, no shuhsi, no good desert like Rashmalai or misty (they also served very bad tests puddings), they posted in fb that they do serve Rupchada fry in real they don’t, there was only one type of kabab, ony paratha no other types of ruti, i expected the nun ruti but they dont serve it, only 3 types of fish. There was no Biriyani, cold drinks, borhani or other tasty soft drinks. I cant describe how much disheartened and dissatisfied I am about this buffet. As they are charging about 1000 tk for Dinner but they are very cunningly made the dishes that they have to spend very low cost, made many items but all items have very bad test and the items are not worthy of 950 taka.... Overall per person 950 is not worthy for this place.. Even 500 would be more for this place. I will never recommend this place for anyone. They are making up the business by the marriage or functional...

Food quality: Below average Halim: No beef/ mutton available there. Last time it was full of meat Atmosphere: Like a slam area Lift: Not working due to electricity shortage AC: Not working, suffocated area Service: 3/10 Taste: 3.5/10 Beef: Only potatoes available, no beef. After asking several times they just refill a small portion *Water bottle: They usually refill the water in bottle and present us as a new bottle, I personally experience it. No cap in the bottle.
