Booked a table for two for the music night they have and was greeted by absolute ignorance of my presence as I was standing at the bar. Eventually was told to sit anywhere and after we did as I went to get my order 2 girls were seated in my place by the barista who then was rude to explain that the place was theirs because they knew him (traditionally typical in Belarus as I noticed from my travels but unacceptable by any means). During the order the barista was not paying any attention to what I was saying (I was speaking Russian) with his head in the clouds. Due to his lack of attention, slacking service and atrocious rudeness I've cancelled my order (what was a problem and a half as they didn't even know how to do it) and left.
