Let's start with the downsides of this venue since I had 3 "negative" stars to contribute and only 2 "positive" ones. First of all the music. Way too loud. We were warned by the people who referred us to Joe & The Juice that the music could be a bit loud and also some reviews pointed this out, but how bad could it be? Well, it was loud! We barely heard the employee behind the bar answering or asking questions and even upstairs me and my partner had to raise our voices to converse with eachother.
Secondly, they were out of avocado. When 70% of your menu exists out of dishes made with avocado it is a big problem if you don't have any. This can simply be solved by replacing the product with something else to make up for it OR compensate financially (reduction on price, coupon for next visit, free cookie/drink with every such order, etc...). None of the options I mentioned were offered and when we asked for a replacement we were told we had to pay 0.80 euros more... Just let that sink in. As an establishment you don't have the ingredients you display and then you dare to ask extra money for a replacement...
Thirdly, as a venue that offers healthy sandwiches and juices you would expect they also think ecologically, especially in these times. The fact that every sandwich comes in a carton closed container does not make this really ecofriendly. Simply giving the sandwiches on a reusable platter would be a better solution.
On the positive side, the sandwiches and juices we ordered were tasty. It still was a bummer though we were not able to get our avocado... Only for this they get the...

As some have said, the music is unnervingly loud, and since there are even speakers in the bathrooms, there is no escaping the noise inside. This means it's not a great place for an HSP like myself, and for others who often find themselves overstimulated and crashing.
However, the food is surprisingly good, especially the Re-Build 2.0 is nop notch and worth the price of €8.20. In comparison, the Açai breakfast bowl is very luckluster for €7.5. They also have sandwiches, (vegan) shakes and teas/coffees.
Despite my misgivings, I do appreciate the place, and there are some great highlights: the calories are listed for each product, and the prep time is very short. Also, the toilets are clean and there is relaxed outdoor terrace space for lounging with good weather or taking shelter for the rain.
I wouldn't go on a date in this place, but it's perfect for healthy, emergency foods...
Read moreI dont like to write bad reviews normally . It was just before closing time we got very poor quality iced matcha latte, its basically just water and matcha. And the service omg. The attitude that little curly blonde girl gave me when she misunderstood my order. She just put the matcha on counter like she was pissed didnt even look or called me to get my matcha. Service experience was very bad. I dont feel like welcome there. Please teach her some proper...
