My 4 times overall experience shared 1- They closed 20 minutes before the closing time. 2- They approached me to apologise and improve the service. Later i gave them good review appreciation of their commitment to improve. 3- They forgot my wife's order and had to remake 4: the waiter started to teach me manners and school me how to be in the line when I clearly didn't intend to take anyone's place. Later refused me by saying only reservations (promised me place 2 minutes ago) later gave the reason that I invited other people which he assumed. Als je op een arrogante manier bediend wil worden, moet je zeker bij Le Sud zijn. Wij komen binnen (als eerste klanten) en krijgen een tafel aangewezen. Nadat we onze bestelling doorgaven, begon het eigenlijk al bergaf te gaan... Normaal gezien krijgt iedere klant een mandje met brood en boter standaard op tafel. Alle klanten die na ons kwamen, kregen dit op tafel en wij bleven hierop wachten. Ook al waren we de eerste klanten, kregen we pas veel later ons eten (meer dan een halfuur!!!!!!) ,dan de andere klanten die er na ons waren.

Zij hadden dan nog eens dezelfde bestelling, dus het ging er niet om dat het bereiden van hun eten misschien minder tijd in beslag nam.

Na meer dan een halfuur wachten, kregen we uiteindelijk ons eten op tafel. Pasta al forno was duidelijk te lang in de oven gelaten en verbrand aan de bovenkant. Bovendien waren de champignons allesbehalve vers... Dat je zoiets al kan voorschotelen aan je klanten... daar zou ik plaatsvervangende schaamte van krijgen.

Toen ik ging afrekenen kreeg ik niet eens de vraag gesteld of alles naar wens was. Besloot om zelf aan te kaarten waarom wij geen brood en boter kregen op onze tafel... Er werden zelfs geen excuses aangeboden. Meneer achter de kassa zei: " Ja, je moest dat zeggen hé.' Ahja,want ik was vergeten dat ik moet zeggen hoe je jouw job moet doen.

In ieder geval ik kom hier nooit meer terug en ik raad iedereen af om hier te komen. Dit restaurant ziet een klant als een lastpak. Maar het geld zien ze wel graag...
