Wok — Restaurant in Antwerp

We came 6th of October to have dinner for our married anniversary.We are regular customers at this place,but today was teribble!!! We came whith children so we wanted 2 kids menu, 1for my husband whith alkochol and1 for me whithout alkochol,but they told it's impossible...Or we have to take both menu whithout or whith alkochol!!!!!!!!!So we paid 2 "all included"even i didn't drink 1drop(like that they make busnes).Me and children wanted limonade,but mashine was not working(2 weeks ago we had lunch it was also defect)so if you are tursty you have to go to the bar to ask limonade... If you dont want to go every10min.whith glass you can ask big bottle,but than you must drink all this1,5lt.And i was drinking sweaps,my children fanta and ice tea,my husband watter..so6lt.must!!! Than i asked alkochol free beer thay told have not but in menu they have...the answer was that it's old menu... A lot of food containers were empty and i saw not only we were going to complain..... WC terrible... Prices much higher,but on internet they "forgot to change" WE ARE TOO MUCH...

Became sick of the food there. I am writing this as my bowels struggle to hold itself together. The quality of the food is rather mediocre, only a few things are worth atleast trying once, but for the rest, they are not even worth mentioning. I do not look chinese, so the staff would sometimes ramble some rather rude things about the customers, and yes, I understood everything because I know Chinese fairly well, Which is quite a shame that they think they can just ramble things like this. Poor parking service. Pricing is a tad bit too high and canned food and instant productes used in some buffet dishes. Some food literally look so unappetizing. If I keep writing more I might aswell just throw up, I do not recommend this...

Ужасное обслуживание .Хотели сесть в углу не разрешили чтобы могли вечно стоять над головой ,повар Wok а был грубый , приготовил отвратительно не доворил после этого тошнило и в добавок шчитали что ты берёшь хотя были 6 персон и заплатили 35€ за человека все время менеджер говорила чтобы взяли мало и доедали как бы заставляя есть все что берёшь и на столе ковыряла тарелку с мусором чтобы смотреть что ты не села и цинично говорила чтобы мол уважали еду,взяли еще 5 евро за не доеденую тарелку еда была не вкусная а креветки на столе с суши были не свежие все делают чтобы не хотелось есть . Вместо того чтобы хорошо провести день рождения мужа испортили вечер и нервы. Больше никогда не пойду и всем буду говорить какое отвратительное заведение Terrible service.
