WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ANTWERP! They gave the wrong drink, and as someone with an allergy to coffee it was more serious than just your average mistake. I had a severe allergic reaction and when my boyfriend went to go and confront them and ask for a refund they were incredibly rude. He told me that the young lady was initially apologetic for the mistake but then the man who made the coffee did not want to refund him and actually started an argument. My boyfriend naturally got angry to this response. When you nearly kill someone because you cannot get a coffee order right, the proper response is a sincere apology and a refund. It is not the time to argue. These people do not understand accountability and I certainly will not go back here ever! I would highly advice AGAINST going here to anyone with...
