Note: I have tried 3 different sushi places during my trip to Antwerp.
The presentation is beautiful, 5/5. The rice was more vinegary and clumped together than I like though, and a huge part of the quality of sushi is the rice. A good sushi will have rice whose individual grains are distinct and texturally chewy. For that I detract 2 stars, and actually suggest other sushi places in Antwerp over this one.

I wasn't expecting too much from my take out tonight. I know sushi, maki and the likes but they all look and taste the same, a bit like when you order Chines nowadays.
