I bought meat from there and it was crazy smelling bad, I threw it in the garbage, some canned food it's already expired! The prices of the fruits becoming up and up and in the same time in Aldi and Lidl is more better quality and cheaper! after this shop i'm not sure if ther is food control in anwerpen ! the meat , the meat , the meat ! hope that the control unit will see this review and will check this shop ! It's a shame... They literally don't care about their customers. There was a customer in front of me who was complaining about the cashier assigning 2.5 euro for tomatoes, while it was 1 euro. Although, she said she shops there for 7 years, they just gave the money back and didn't care. This was the 2nd time I visited the supermarket and every single time I see stuff expired and even molded. It's disgusting. I will never buy...

Geachte heer/mevrouw,

Vandaag was ik aan het winkelen in uw winkel en was ik op zoek naar het visproduct. Toen ik een van de medewerksters vroeg, behandelde zij mij op een zeer onbeleefde manier en zei letterlijk: “Je kunt het gewenste product daar vinden.” Toen ik vroeg waar “daar” was, gaf ze geen antwoord en begon ze in het Turks tegen mij te praten op een boze manier.

Nadat ik het product had gevonden, heb ik afgerekend en toen ik naar buiten ging, zag ik haar een sigaret roken. Ik ben op een vriendelijke manier naar haar toe gegaan en zei: “Als ik je een vraag stel, is het gepast dat je met mij in het Nederlands praat, niet in een taal die ik niet begrijp.” Ze begon nog meer te praten in het Turks met een zeer harde stem. Ik zei haar dat ik een klacht zou indienen bij de verantwoordelijke, maar ze trok zich daar niets van aan.

De medewerkster is een vrouw zonder hoofddoek.
