Yesterday I went food shopping at Delhaize; Hippodroom Branch. While I was in the line to pay at Cashier counter no. 6, I heard the cashier shouted to the man in front of me.
I didn’t know what’s the problem she has and I also didn’t want to know that. But she should not shout and yell at the customer. The man was very polite, and he’s still speaking in a normal voice, didn’t have any temper. But the cashier at counter no. 6 was still barking at him all the time. Her name is Anita S.
I hope the manager who takes care of this branch should train the staff to work as a professional even you have or not, personal problem or whatever. But you should not shout to customers, that is terrible service!
Even this case was not concerned about me. But who knows, maybe I were like that...

As tourists who left the country afterwards, we had no possiblity to go back to the store. After contacting the Delhaize Customer Service, our complaint was rejected with the unbelievable excuse that only customer card holders are entitled to a refund. It's shameful that the store sells expired food (if cookies are already expired, what about fresh produce like meat, fish, and fruit/vegetables?) and the customer service does nothing to correct this...
