Nelly Coffee — Restaurant in Antwerp

Nelly is the most sweet and incredible lady! We had a birthday to celebrate and so reserved the "high tea experience" for 7 people. Unfortunately one person got sick and we had to change our reservation last minute to 6 people; Nelly did not make any problem of this ! Everything was so nicely presented, the food was good, the setting so cosy. (I dropped a glass by the way, it broke and the ground was full of sugar but Nelly cleaned it up with a big smile.) Sitting right now in the lovely outdoor space at the back of this little cafe. Atmosphere is fantastic, calm, colourful and happy. Good taste in decoration. Not crowded. Literally at 1 minute walk from the 2 most Central squares in Antwerp. Excellent coffee and nice personnel, who had patience with me, my day-travel tiredness and my poor Dutch. A really cozy place in the heart of Antwerpen:) Enjoyed my coffee, my friend enjoyed his tea, but the best one turned out to be apple cake! It was soft with a natural vanilla taste.
