Definately the best meal I have eaten during my time in Belgium. Homemade food with high quality. For any Balkans this is the place you should eat to feel like home. One star is too much. Food had nothing to do with Balkan food. Greasy, not fresh. The person serving mentioned they don’t do chicken soup cause it expires quickly?! Service is non existent. the service is just terrible! The elderly waiter (I think it's the owner) is very rude. We were looking for a place to eat goulash and this cafe was the closest. Imagine our surprise when he told us that 2 soups and 2 beers is too little to order from their restaurant and they won't serve us.
