The falafel is crunchy and light, and the wrap is vibrant, packed with fresh vegetables. What really sets it apart are the trio of sauces served at the table—pomegranate molasses, chili, and a mango sauce with turmeric and chili. That mango sauce is genius! I didn’t expect to like it, but it pairs surprisingly well with everything.
