Entering this historic café felt like stepping back in time. The art-deco interior was charming, with cozy seating and walls lined with memorabilia. I reserved last minute and casually to eat at WIN's, we had a lovely night. Don't be fooled by the minimal interiors, the two core things - service and food, were spot on. The service is managed by a warm and close team of beautiful individuals which made us feel welcome and took care of.
