Absolutely the Worst Experience – Avoid at All Costs

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. A member of the staff spilled a full glass of red wine on my clothes and shoes. Not only was the evening completely ruined, but to make matters worse, we were still required to pay the full bill for our four drinks—no gesture of goodwill or compensation offered on the spot.

They promised to reimburse me for the dry cleaning costs. I sent them the invoice as requested, and they then asked me to put the invoice in their name so they could process it as a business expense. I complied with everything they asked—and then? Nothing. No refund. No follow-up. No apology.

Frankly, this kind of behaviour is not only unprofessional—it borders on criminal. I would strongly advise others to stay away. Businesses like this should not get away with treating...

Went there for coffee, sat outisde. Horrible service. We had to wait for so long for her to come outside. She is the only waitress who was taking orders and giving bills, when we asked other waitresses they just straight up ignored us and didn’t even bother to tell her to come and help us. We then had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get our bill, we asked different waitresses, one nodded ok and never came and one said that he isn’t allowed to help us and didn’t even bother to call someone who could, we had to go inside ourselves and wait for her to come and let us pay. We just had breakfast here and the staff politely scammed us. We asked to exchange a slice of bread with ham and cheese for a fruit salad. The waitress seemed to have agreed and in fact brought us only the fruit salad, but then charged us for the fruit salad 11€ without bringing us the bread with cheese anyway (proving that she seemed to have agreed to exchange the toast for fruit. On top of that, we asked for an additional croissant that she billed for the double of the price. She justified herself by saying that if she charged us for the croissant the price written on the menu she would not make any money, not commenting on the fruit surcharge.
