I gave this cafe an overall rating of 3 stars, solely because the drinks were good; however, the service was highly disappointing, especially due to the behavior of the owner. We ordered an americano, matcha latte and a mint tea.
My friend initially left a negative review after an unpleasant experience where we were denied the basic courtesy of drinking our own water. The cafe did not offer tap water, yet the staff still insisted we couldn’t drink water we had brought ourselves. Following the review, the owner claimed it was a “miscommunication” and that customers could, in fact, drink their own water as long as they ordered from the menu—which we had already done.
Instead of addressing the issue respectfully and politely, the owner responded in an unprofessional and confrontational manner, choosing to charge at my friend for leaving a bad review rather than apologizing for his and his staff’s behavior. This response further soured our experience, revealing an underlying lack of respect for customer satisfaction.
In summary, while the drinks here may be enjoyable, I would not recommend this place due to the unwelcoming and aggressive attitude of the staff and ownership. Many other reviewers seem to echo this sentiment: the food may be good, but the staff’s unpleasant demeanor ultimately overshadows the experience.
I hope the manager understands that people can get upset, give bad reviews. He should be more receptive and learn how to deal with such...

Demand a lot, but only give very small portions. I already ordered 2 dishes, but then I was still not full. The excuse that the avocados are so expensive was a bit too easy for me. In Munich for example is it also that expensive, that‘s not the problem, but at least you get something for that money! A second slice of bread would not reduce the profit either.
I wouldn't say anything if it had tasted really good, but unfortunately not that either. A sad slice of bread with Avocado and a little bit of a topping and a small Acaii Bowl with a half of a banana, 1 strawberry, boring granola and the cheap peanut butter with 20% sugar in it.
The mini slice of a cake at the side of the coffee seemed to me as a small promotion for their cakes, which is a good idea, but I think that was just a leftover piece of the day before yesterday that they can no longer sell.
The service directly overwhelmed me as she crowded me and talked really loud. She tried to be friendly, but she definitely sprayed a 'I hate people' aura.
A free Croissant or a slice of cake to make me happy again would be nice but nothing.
There are a lot of better...
Read moreThere was a complete mess with the order! We’ve ordered pancakes, coffee and 2 аvocado toasts: one with bacon and scrambled eggs, another with salmon. When the waitress came, she brought pancakes, coffee, avo toast with bacon and eggs and just salmon on a plate. We told her that we’d ordered a second avo toast with salmon, not just salmon. She said she didn’t understand or hear it. And that’s it. She didn’t say that we should wait for it. We’d been eating for at least 30 min, then finished our breakfast and asked for a bill. There were pancakes, coffee and 2 avocado toasts with bacon, scrambled eggs and 2 salmon on the side! We said it to the owner/manager and she said the toast was just ready in the kitchen. We said, that we’d already finished, even had our clothes on and didn’t expect another toast since nobody told us to. She only said “my husband is alone in the kitchen”. She didn’t want to hear anything and was rude. Not only had we pay for everything we didn’t order, but also took that second toast takeaway. If we hadn’t noticed the second toast and salmon in the bill, nobody would even care to bring it to us. The waters may sometimes make mistakes, but it’s the owners/managers who has to solve all the misunderstandings. A very disappointed morning due to...
