Lunch at restaurant Brighton was a bad joke... Starter was aspic (welcome to the 70s) of something that should have tasted like tuna. Main was cod with macadamia uhum "crust". Nothing seasoned... Boring flavors. This is recommended by Michelin. The controleur must have been drunk... They had Champagne Castelnau by the glass but the bottle was not fresh and not well stored. The Asian waiter was absent minded and nervous. I ordered a white Pessac Leognan but they never heard of that even though it was on the menu... Fortunately they pointed me a glass of le Petit Chevalier. A lovely location but...

I walked in for a late lunch. I got great service; I was seated as soon as I came in. My order was taken and food was served in no time.
