Delicious Cuisine, Disappointing Service from One Waitress.

The cooks are two wonderful ladies who always welcomed our requests with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, and service from the kitchen was quick and efficient.

However, one of the waitresses made our experience less enjoyable. Whenever we tried to ask for something, she would often walk away before we had even finished speaking. We found it quite rude that she didn’t take the time to listen. For example, we asked for some spicy sauce and a fork, but ended up receiving neither.

She seemed distracted, rushing from one place to another without really paying attention to the tables. As a result, her service felt scattered and inattentive, which unfortunately impacted my overall experience.

Additionally, my beef was undercooked, which I cannot eat as I’m pregnant. I politely asked if the chefs could cook it a bit more. She glanced at the plate and simply said, “It’s well cooked.” Thankfully, she eventually brought it back to the kitchen, and the chefs kindly prepared a new, properly cooked dish for me.

Aside from the service from this particular waitress, everything else was excellent. She may be relatively new, which would explain some of the issues, but I hope some guidance can help improve her approach...

Polite staff, nice interior although super small. Very bad ventilation, had to cough after a certain moment. Not sure they are used to a full resto, it took them an hour to serve us.
