Un restaurant vraiment chaleureux et convivial, avec une ambiance agréable et accueillante. Les deux dames qui le dirigent étaient incroyablement gentilles et professionnelles, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable.

Pour commencer, on m’a servi des olives, du pain et du beurre. Les olives étaient délicieuses, et le pain était excellent, toujours frais et chaud. Cependant, j’ai été un peu surprise de ne pas avoir d’huile d’olive, surtout dans un restaurant italien.

J’ai également pris un Chardonnay de Toscane, qui était absolument merveilleux!!!

En plat, j’ai choisi le thon rouge grillé avec sauce homardine, gratin d’épinards et pommes de terre fondantes. Le thon était parfaitement cuit, frais et savoureux; on m’a d’ailleurs précisé que le poisson était livré tous les jours, ce qui est un vrai plus et se ressent dans la qualité. Le gratin d’épinards était riche et réconfortant, et bien que les pommes de terre fondantes aient eu un léger croquant à l’intérieur (ce que je ne m’attendais pas à avoir), mais l’ensemble du plat était très bon.

Pour finir, j’ai pris un cannolo à la ricotta et sauce hollandaise, une touche sucrée agréable pour conclure le repas.

Dans l’ensemble, une belle adresse avec des produits frais, une cuisine savoureuse et une atmosphère chaleureuse. Quelques petits détails pourraient être améliorés, mais j’ai passé un très bon moment et je reviendrai...

I went to Il Ramo Verde for a business lunch and for a group dinner, and both times it was a good experience. The waiters are great: helpful, discreet and efficient. One of the best, if not the best, Italian restaurant in the area. It is best to book early your table, but what a reward you get in doing so. A warm welcome and very professional service.

The rich menu follows the seasons and offers plenty of choice between the both classic and more refined dishes. Everything is prepared with care and fresh ingredients.
