Went there with a friend during what was clearly a busy lunch service. I made sure to book a table, which we were seated at swiftly upon arrival. Overall, the food was mediocre. Yes, the ingredients themselves are good quality, but we are both Italian and we felt the pizzas and the pizza sandwiches were nothing to write home about. In addition, my friend's sandwich never came. Or rather, it did, but to the table nearby. The lady sitting there thought it was hers and proceeded to cut it in halves. Then she asked for it to be warmed up because (correctly) the cheese was just a big cold slab in the middle. While that was happening, another waiter brought her her actual sandwich - it had a different filling and she should have acknoledged the difference, but I digress. So, when the now warmed-up sandwich came back, she said it actually wasn't hers and sent it back. In the meantime, I had been served my pizza, while my friend was still waiting for the elusive sandwich. It was only when we enquired about it - a whopping 45 minutes after we had sat down - that the waiter(s) realised there had been a mistake and had one made on the spot. My friend was ravenous by then. The lady at the cash register mentioned there had been 'some confusion' with the sandwich, so I briefly explained what had happened. The correct course of action would have been to apologise and offer to take that item (10 EUR) off the bill. Instead, she offered us a free coffee instead. We politely declined. To sum up, while I understand it can get busy, we were shocked that no one realised an item was missing off the order. The service can only be described as not professional and somewhat chaotic. Also, the food is expensive - normal pizzas are 16 to 20 euros on average, with special ones going all the way up to 25 or more. We had heard really good things about this place but after this unfortunate experience we shall...
Read moreFrom the moment you walk in, you can tell that this place is poorly managed. The service is absolutely terrible, and it ruins the entire experience. The waiter couldn’t even explain the menu properly, struggling to answer simple questions about the dishes. Instead of trying to be helpful, he seemed annoyed and uninterested, which made ordering unnecessarily frustrating. But the worst part was the woman at the cashier, her attitude was shockingly bad. She was rude, dismissive, and acted like she was doing customers a favor just by acknowledging them. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and certainly no effort to provide decent customer service. Overall, this was hands down the worst service I’ve ever encountered in a restaurant. It was so unpleasant that it completely killed my appetite. If you’re thinking about dining in, don’t bother, it’s not worth the frustration. Maybe ordering delivery is a better option since you won’t have to deal with the staff, but honestly, they need to replace at least half of their employees. Every single person we interacted with was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic manners. A restaurant can have good food, but if the service is this terrible, it ruins everything. I would never come back, and I wouldn’t recommend this...
Read moreFood is very good, specially "Pollo Godo" is one of their specialties, pizza is also awesome, made with extra care, great taste, good skills and love. They also have Hopus beer, yes, it's a bit strong, but it is a must, and the taste is great. Olive oil is exceptional, and it gives a nice touch to the dishes (but you need to ask for it).
Apart from that, no matter how good the food can be; the best you can get from this place is the attention received by the whole team, Pia, Katia, Nadia, Momo and Ionel. They make you feel well loved, and more importantly, they keep this attention every time you go there. So, it's a nice place to put a smile on your face after enjoying...
