Place looks cozy and nice. Wasn’t impressed with the service tho; it seemed inattentive and indifferent. They made me wait on the wrong side of the counter. Made me go around rather than just hand it to me over the counter despite being right next to me. Didn’t open door for me despite walking past me and the door when both my hands were full and instead actually got in my way to clear his table and made me wait and move to be out of his way as he passed me. Clearly they are not observant of their surrounding. No situational awareness or customer oriented. An unpleasant situation. Regarding the drink, my Chai Vanilla Latte was undrinkable because it was so sweet!!!! Despite the fact I specifically requesting the “no sugar” version. I brought it back to the bar thinking they would do it again or say something. They indifferently looks confused without offering either an alternative or a solution. There was an awkward silence and a shrug of the shoulders. Not impressive. I walked out really annoyed and disappointed. I went twice to this lovely little place, during the confinement. The first time I was served by a very friendly young man. The coffee was delicious and I left in a good mood. Second time though I was with my daughter who had to use the bathroom quite urgently, when I asked her if she could go the lady said "non" and when I insisted she said "non les toilettes ne sont pas à disposition des clients, même pas pour Dieu" not even God may use the bathroom.
