Gong Cha Docks — Restaurant in Brussels

I visited this place today where I was waiting in line with 4 people in front of me. There was one girl working who seemed very out of it, she was making the drinks with an extremely low pace and an unwelcome attitude, very unpleasant to see when you’re waiting on your drink when I stood there waiting for thirty minutes when she only had four drinks to make before mine. I always enjoy my matcha frappe when I visit the Gong Cha locations but this was my first time at Docks Bruxsel. The girl made the drink with very poor quality, not caring how it was served and I always get the same order at this place but as you can see on my picture, it looked and tasted unworthy of my 7 euros. I find my experience at this location very disappointing and unacceptable, I’d rather give zero stars in stead of one. Good bubble tea! Very small shop, and no space to sit there so it's for takeaway or you have to find a bench in the shopping mall. Google maps gives the wrong location, it's in the shopping mall. Go up the stairs, it's next to Kusmi tea.

I had the green strawberry milk tea and it was really good! I added some boba which made it a little bit too sweet so I would definitely recommend choosing 30% or 50% sweetness if you'd like to try it yourself 👍

I loved the concept & quality of products. The only downside was Menu on the screen which makes costumers confused. The picture that you see isn't always align with what you recieve. For example,the picture advertised for Taro contains pearls So automatically you perceived what you see while after receiving the order we found out it doesn't have any pearls! While for example the Matcha milk tea photo was aligned with the reality (both no pearls). I suggest to your R&D to update & improve your menu to prevent...
