I tried today the simplest burger they have, the one at 7.90 euro, called Smash. You do feel the difference from the fast food chain burgers from the first bite. I never tried a burger this good. The bun is slightly yellowish and has a delicious taste. The meat of the burger is much much better than any McDonald's or Burger King: they explained they use only Angus beef for their burgers. The simple burger also contained delicious caramelized onions, a soft and creamy cheese and an amazing sauce (no idea what it was, no ketchup or mayo, but it was excellent). Extra points for the kindness and clear explanations from the staff on each of their burgers. They also explained that the black buns contain natural carbon which has no taste but help digestion. Ordering process is fast, 5-10 minutes waiting time for 2 burgers and 1 fries. The staffs also give gloves to eat the burgers which is very nice! The price is okay for a burger but quality is better compared to popular fast food chain.
