Thai Cafe Docks — Restaurant in Brussels

I do not get the point that so many reviews say that the food is top notch. In my opinion, I think the food was below average. We ordered the Thai red curry and Masaman curry. Both were far from being anywhere close to authentic Thai or basic Thai curries. They were more prepared as sausy and sweet. Nothing close to a curry or being spicy. I remember trying the Thai curry at the Stockel branch couple of months ago and I think that was so much better. However the service here was amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. So nothing to complain on the service. We also tried the Tom yum soup which was good. I would not recommend the restaurant if you want to try authentic Thai food. Wish I could give it a 0 star. I ordered food from them through deliveroo. After an hour and a half the deliveroo application told me that my food was delivered. Nothing had arrived. I called the restaurant, and they told me they tried to deliver but no one answered the door, they said they called me over and over. I was home and did not receive a single call. They shouldn't have put "delivered" if they weren't able to deliver. That's dishonest. I said I wanted my money back and they hung up on me... twice. Deliveroo has not been able to help me as the restaurant apparently has their own delivering service. This restaurant stole me of over 30 euros and now I m foodless...

Had a good first experience with some friends so I decided to invite my family and have a Saturday lunch there. Big big mistake, I never was so disappointed with a service. We were judge with nonsense comments from one of the servers has "difficult clients" because we were asking for some white rice and chicken for a 3year old child...
