Cosy Pasta — Restaurant in Brussels

As an Italian, I wanted to try our dishes in other countries. I had seen the pastas look and they weren't the best. I ordered, after seeing the guy at the cash register with a frozen pizza in his hand and I thought: "I have to try it. Maybe they made it at home and then froze it, let's try anyway". Among all the pizzas, I blindly took a chicken pizza. There was no description of the ingredients!! As soon as it was ready the order, I found myself with a pizza with peppers. I didn't ask for explanations because I noticed that no one in the shops speaks English. Different pizza than ordered, but I have to say it was really good. The peppers were not present in the other pizzas anyway, so it wasn't even a confused pizza, it was a pepperoni pizza not chicken. I also tried delissimo sandwich, and it was good. Visually the pastas were ugly and also from the reviews it would seem so.. I would not...

We really loved this place. The service is great and the people working there are really nice. The service is also fast, we did not have to wait long for our food at all. The food was amazing. It was so tasty and flavourful. The only downside it that there are not a lot of vegetables in the food, which make it seem a bit more unhealthy. Adding some vegetables would elevate this place even more, but that might influnce the prices. The current prices are really fare, you definitely get your moneys worth. j'ai été abasourdie par le manque de professionnalisme de cet endroit. Non seulement la bouffe n'est pas bonne mais le personnel est désagréable. J'ai été il y a quelque temps , j'ai commandé une pizza qui était bouillante à l’extérieur et surgelée à l’intérieur. Je n'ai rien dit car je devais partir. J'y suis retournée ce samedi, j'ai cette fois commandé des pâtes, en arrivant à la fin de mon cornet je trouve un gros poil !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Le personnel nie l'affaire disant que ce n'est qu'une épice hors la distinction entre une épice et un poil est flagrante. Lorsque j'ai été me plaindre au "chef" ou au "responsable" puisque apparemment s'en est un, il arrive avec un air agressif me demandant ce qu'il se passe quand je lui explique la situation il me dit "c'est pas grave la prochaine fois que vous venez chez nous je ne vous sers plus". Ayant fait de nombreux restaurants, je n'ai jamais vu un aussi grand manque de respect vis à vis des clients ! Donc je vous le déconseille fortement d'ailleurs je me demande si le service d’hygiène...
