Hawaiian Poké Bowl - Brussel Arenberg — Restaurant in Brussels

Aloha! After dining here we wished we could come back the next day! Unfortunately time (and money) ran out so we couldn't but definitely wished we could have!

The restaurant is fantastically decorated and stands out as unique.

The ordering system is quick and efficient if you're using the order machine, you can customise your poké bowl without holding up the queue behind you. We did this as the queue for the till was taking some time!

The staff felt a bit impersonal, we didn't have much interaction (as used machine) but feel like a happier uplifting greeting/talking about the restaurant would go a long way "have you been before do you know how it works? If not let me explain......" One staff was a but slow to respond to my partners enquiry about toilets.

Toilets are not easily accessible, they are at the bottom of a spiral staircase so not suitable for wheelchair or physically handicapped people.

The Food! 5/5 The food was absolutely fantastic, we both loved our bowls so much, we customised so put in the items we wanted, and the food is served in a "coconut" style wooden bowl which adds to the vibe of the restaurant!

Overall is 4/5 because some areas for improvement with customer interaction, but the food is amazing. I would love to come back and definitely recommend if you...

Let me start out by saying the Poké (in my opinion) was delicious! I created a custom bowl with Spicy Tuna as the main protein.

Super easy ordering process using a double sided kiosk directly to the right when you walk in. The menu is extremely easy to use (can be switched English, French, and Dutch I believe) and walks you through each step. A ton of different option when creating your bowl allows you go create a unique bowl with just what you are looking for. Cute atmosphere with seating inside and small tables outside for two (can be combined if you need more).

The WiFi doesn't work properly .. toilets were out of service.. slow and messy service, the two ladies were struggling with so many orders at the same time, should put at least one more person when it gets busy. Also, I do not see the point in taking a table number when ordering through the screen and telling you to wait in your table for the order, if this actually doesn't happen and we have to guess when the order is ready and go back to the bar to collect it.
