We paid and we did not receive our Food! We had such a bad experience on Saturday 06 November. People were waiting since 1h30 and still did not get their food. They don't tell you that it will take a while before having your food, they let you order and then you need to wait. The personnel did not say sorry or anything and after all the complaints, they didn't even stop the orders: the people queued to order without knowing anything about the waiting time. At one point, I asked for a reimbursement to get something else, they did not agree. I've waited a bit and I told the girl that the shall tell people that the waiting is so long.
