I had the Discovery Menu 175€ + Wine Pairing 75€ Bocconcini Scallops, vanilla celeriac, citrus fruits Battuta di Fassona, Piedmontese hazelnut, white truffle Egg 63°c, bacon, wild mushrooms Fregola chervil, sausage, N'duja, seafood, vegetable chips Fillet of deer, flavored sauce with cocoa and marsala, pomegranate, beetroot. Pre dessert Cake meringue and lemon 👅 9/10 - Seemingly this restaurant was voted as one of the best Italian restaurants (outside of italy) in the world. It elevates simple rustic type dishes, gives you a different take on them and let's the individual ingredients shine. 💰 7/10 - as with all michelin * places the price will usually be up there but you are not just paying for the food but for the experience and I would say it was worth it. 🏠 8/10 - had a table for 2 in the very back. Tables are spaced apart far enough to have your own feeling of privacy. Dimmed lighting and decor made for a comfortable and enjoyable evening. I do not remember if there was any music playing in the background. Bathroom is downstairs in a cave like room but clean. There is one room for women and another for men which provided both a urinal and seated option. 👨‍💼 8.5/10 - Staff started off a bit cold but slowly warmed up and became more friendly and 'human'. In-house sommelier very knowledgeable and provided a nice touch of photos of the small vineyards that some of the wines are made from. Staff generally speaks 3-4 languages and are helpful.

An incredible dining experience at the chef’s table, with chef himself, Giovanni Bruno! The meal started with a few glasses of pink franciacorta and several amuse-bouche, followed by some of chef’s signature dishes and anything else the mood required, which on this occasion was a generous bowl of pasta with ragu and a perfectly cooked Italian steak. Every dish paired with gorgeous Italian wines selected by the sommelier Brad. Everything was on point, the delicious food, the wine, the atmosphere, all compounded by Chef’s generosity & warmth, this was truly an exceptional evening, one which I won’t forget for a long time. Grazie mille Chef e a tutto il team!

We’ve been dining at Senzanome several times a year for several years now, and every visit continues to impress us. The consistency of excellence, both in the cuisine and in the overall experience, is simply outstanding. The food remains exceptionally refined, creative, and delicious. the attention to detail is evident in every bite. The quality is unwavering, visit after visit, and that alone is a rare achievement in fine dining. One thing we truly appreciate is the remarkably low staff turnover. It’s clear that the team is not only well-trained but also truly invested in what they do. This stability means we are always welcomed by familiar, attentive faces who remember our preferences and elevate the entire experience with warmth and professionalism. The Michelin star is without a doubt well deserved, and in our view, a second would be fully justified. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Senzanome team for your consistent excellence, kindness, and genuine hospitality. You’ve made each visit special, and we always look forward...

For the record, i haven’t eaten nothing here. I’ve been at the terrace of the neighbor café du Sablon while the man from ‘Senzanome’ has started spaying out the water from the hose and washing their vitrine. It’s not just 1-2 drops, but basically he has started showering my mom and myself. When I gave him a comment on that, not simply he hasn’t stopped but he has been rude and said that he has nothing to do with our problems. Maybe this is the best Italian restaurant in the world but after this incident I won’t never go there. Just finishing to say that we had a birthday breakfast: this Italian man has basically made it unforgettable :) we have wished him a good day in spite of his rudeness, but did not...
