I wasn't expecting to eat this but I saw it as I was on my way to visiting the cathedral. I decided to try it after my cathedral visit and so happen the queue was shorter than before just made me decide to order. The guy selling the fries was quite friendly. I ordered fries and asked him for some recommendations on which sauce to try and he immediately said "Andalouse". I decided to follow because I have also never heard and tried before. I was quite impressed when I took the 1st bite of the fries it tasted hot and crispy. He told me Andalouse is a Belgian sauce which goes well with fries and I enjoyed the sauce a lot too. I was walking and eating the fries and throughout from 1st to last piece the fries remained hot and crispy which was pretty amazing. Never really had fries so good....
