Share & Fun — Restaurant in Brussels

At 11 euros per person, it’s quite expensive for a course that will take only 15 minutes to finish. 50% of the mini golf courses are broken, either because the ball gets lost in the machinery or because the sensors do not allow you to finish the course. The offering is a high tech mini golf experience but poorly executed.

The staff was nice enough and did offer us a free drink to apologize for the balls being lost. They did seem like they were doing their best but I don’t think the young woman running the mini golf had keys to open the inner workings of the course. Maybe give her a set of keys or add little doors to the course for ball retrieval. Overall - the people are nice but the course is not well made.

There was also a huge group there filming a YouTube video (or maybe something promotional for Share & Fun). I don’t think the bar should allow filming while it’s open to...

Expérience décevante au Share and Fun. Oubli à deux reprises de ma réduction, malgré mes rappels, et aucune solution proposée sur le moment, si ce n’est de recommander autre chose pour qu’elle soit enfin appliquée. Accueil peu professionnel : une manager peu aimable (pour rester polie, elle se montrait même désagréable avec sa collègue) et une employée qui nous laisse sans réponse à nos questions (un seul mot à la bouche : « je ne sais pas »). Pour un lieu qui se veut convivial et « fun », l’ambiance ne suit pas. Une piste de mini-golf hors service (sur moins de dix pistes…), aucune excuse ni geste commercial.
