First visit and unfortunately not impressed. Upon arrival, there was no one to greet or guide us. While menus were provided quickly and our order was taken without delay, the overall service left much to be desired.
The savory plate and smoothie were tasty, but not worth the price. The mango matcha, in particular, fell short — I’ve had better versions elsewhere in town.
A major concern was the lack of table service. Once our order was delivered, it became nearly impossible to get the attention of any staff. Tables seemed to be served only when food or drinks needed to be brought out, or when customers approached the counter to pay. Meanwhile, servers were mostly out of sight, chatting behind the counter, and no one came by to check in or clear the table - even after we had paid.
Additionally, it was frustrating that one was not able to pay for what was consumed but only 50/50 and cash wasn't accepted. Even after settling the bill, our table remained cluttered.
There’s definite potential here — the space is fresh and trendy, and the drinks are aesthetically pleasing. But stylish presentation doesn’t make up for the lack of attentive service. There's definitely room for improvement in both hospitality and...
Read moreMy favourite post-sport spot in Brussels! After my early morning workouts, I always stop by Seven for a hot ginger and thyme infusion and their protein & vitamin granola bowl — the perfect healthy breakfast combo. They also have great cold-pressed detox juices and a menu that’s always evolving with new, fresh options. The service is super quick, even during peak hours, and the team always remembers your name and preferences, which makes it feel really personal. I love how the team adapts ingredients on the spot and takes time to explain their new products and vitamins — which you can even buy directly there. A real gem in Cinquantenaire for anyone who loves healthy, energetic mornings and...
Read moreAs a loyal fan of Seven and a regular customer, I have to say I much prefer the location at Edith Cavell. The Seven at Cinquantenaire is different experience and not well ventilated, especially with the strong smell from people coming directly from Animo trainings, it was overwhelming, making it hard to breathe and uncomfortably hot. Since it’s newly opened, I imagine people were eager to check it out, understandably so, it’s really beautiful, but it felt crowded and resulted in much longer wait time than usual. Unlike the OG location, you don’t order directly at the counter here, you have to wait to be asked &...
