Incredible food, cozy place, sadly lacking in service.

Firstly, the waiter wasn't the friendliest person in the world and it felt like we were being rushed out even though there were still multiple free tables in the restaurant.

We had someone with gluten allergy in our group and we asked the server if the dish could be served without the bread. He said yes, but then the dish arrived with bread on the plate. The plate was then sent back to the kitchen and it returned rather quickly. The waiter was asked if he was sure that the everything that came in contact with the bread was replaced since even minor contamination can cause allergic reactions. He seemed very annoyed and said that they did. Since the person is now experiencing quite severe symptoms of an allergic reaction to gluten and is feeling ill. We are suspicious that the bread was just taken off the plate and served again.

I must also add that the €1pp fee for "a plate" is a bit over the top.

I’m shocked that this has 4.9 stars. I went during lunch time and was put in the back dining room where I was completely unattended to and the restaurant was not even busy. After 15 minutes I had to get up and go to the barista by the kitchen to place my order. Then, when the food came, I thought they had given me 2 pork skewers instead of 1 pork and 1 chicken that I ordered, but I was informed that it was indeed chicken....it was so greasy that I couldn’t even identify it as chicken. I once again had to get up and go into the other dining area to ask the waiter. Then, after once again waiting for my bill, I had to get up and go to the counter to pay. They had the audacity to charge me a 1€ fee to sit down and eat in the restaurant even though I was unattended to and I practically had to serve myself. I gave it 2 stars because the fries and sauce were really delicious but the meat was too greasy and the service atrocious. I will advise my coworkers...

I made a reservation for a table for two, but upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the table was pushed together with another two-person table, creating the appearance of a shared four-person table. This was not what I expected when booking. We decided to slightly move the table to create some space without inconveniencing other guests. Unfortunately, the waiter rudely insisted that we return the table to its original position, even after we offered to move it back if it caused any issues for others. It felt like the restaurant had squeezed in as many tables as possible, prioritizing profit over guest comfort. The table arrangement was neither practical nor respectful to those who wanted a more private dining experience. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, so we decided to leave.
