Ah Quy Gent — Restaurant in Ghent

We came late (half an hour before close) and were still welcomed to stay and eat a bit later.

The food arrived very quickly for us, it was all very tasty. We had the Pho with tofu, the small pho (just broth), the red curry with tofu, a tofu goy cuon with sauce.

Although I'm sometimes a bit hesitant about tofu options, the tofu here was very nicely textured and tasty, making it a great vegetarian/vegan option.
