However, the place is so disorganized that it took staff more than 30 minutes to make our coffee - they run out of cups, then run out of buzzers (you have to order, then you get the buzzer, so you know when you can come back and collect your order) then they couldn't keep track and were delivering wrong orders. In the end they started sending customers back because they could not keep up. Staff is very young and so poorly organized - I was not sure if I should feel bad for them or angry at them. A simple espresso and the noble art of over complicating even the most basic tasks. I've never had a coffee served with a buzzer. You either serve me at the counter or you bring it over, don't try to reinvent the wheel hipster-style. Especially when you charged me 3.30€ for a double espresso of just average quality; all of this while having a multi headed Marzocco that costs as much as a small car and would potentially make 6 coffees and steam two milk jugs at the same time. Cut the giggling behind the counter and speed up, it's Monday morning and people want to get on with their lives.
