From the street with all the Trolls in the window it might look a little strange but once inside it's buzzing. It's like a tardis as well there's seating in the front, the middle, all the way to the back, upstairs and more downstairs. It has a massive choice of Belgium beers which you can find on a newspaper like menu. You order and pay at the bar and then it is delivered to your table. Its quite a young bar which helps give it a vibe and energy, we went more than once and loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful and they accept cards

This place rocks if you're into awesome beer, friendly service and a great atmosphere. The place is rustique and distributed on three floors where you can easily find a good corner to hide with your friends for a couple of hours. The selection from tap beer is plenty and the number and quality of bottled beer is massive. Service is super friendly and knowledgeable. They have time for a quick chat and suggestions on beer if you ask. It's very centrally placed and a must visit if you like to relax with a cold Belgian beer.

Absolutely loved this beer hole, full of character and a huge selection of beers of course. Trolls look at you from every angle and there's 3 levels of seating. The staff are great and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The decor is really eclectic and this great place is well with a visit. You can get in from both ends of the bar too. Highly recommended

Truly incredible selection. One of the only places on earth you can find the rarest Trappist beers if you want one. Really nice, 3-storey location, cozy and full of locals, and in an incredible location. There are entire counties without a beer bar this good. The only reason it's not its own destination is that Ghent is spoiled.for amazing beer.

Arguably the best beer bar in Gent. Popular for a reason. Remarkable that it’s this good considering it’s in such a touristy area. But the vibe is incredible and the energy high, the interior is rustic and cozy, the beer selection is world-class, and the staff are weathered yet friendly and helpful. It’s a must-visit when you’re in the city!

Definitely the most interesting beer place in Gent. the ambiance is amazing! The building is probably more than 200 years old and looks quite original. The beer selection is quite extensive and every one should be able to find something to cover their needs. Vast majority is Belgian beers with some international ones. Recommended for sure!
