I saw this shop from the bus window and on my way back walked all the way so I could go in and check it out. Didn't have anything specific in mind, but I would definitely buy something because I was hungry and I love Italian food. They asked me if I was looking for something, I said I was just looking around, like any normal person who goes to a store for the first time. She said: this is no free entry, we are too busy. What the....!!!! The shop was empty, I was the only one inside. I was so shocked, I opened the door to check if it said that the entry was not free. In the end I bought something for the sake of buying something and left. I would have spent more money both today and in the future if they hadn't said that, but I am NEVER going back there. People who don't value their customers don't deserve them. I honestly still can't believe they actually...

I just had the worst experience in this store. I waited in line like anyone else because of the corona, when I got in, they asked if I was looking for something specific. I said I was checking around the wines. Wrong answer, they literally asked us to leave, because there was people queuing outside. We tried to explain that we would buy something, we just needed some time to check out the products. Wrong answer again, they opened the door and kicked us out. Worst service! Looks inconspicuous, but this place is just bursting with excellent value. Find great olive oil (for cooking) by the 2l bottle for €5. Great prosecco for €7.
