Dali Restaurant — Restaurant in Ghent

I ordered a dish that had an option of Mushroom or Pepper sauce so I chose Pepper, the lady sent me Mushroom and I complained, she went nuts saying she doesn't make mistakes and she remembers that I ordered mushrooms, even though I don't eat it ( see picture for proof, it says pepper )

I took the plates back to the restaurant and the lady said I didn't pay for the service to take the plate to my room so I had to leave it in my room, makes no sense at all.

The lady said if I left the dishes at the door of the restaurant she would add a extra charge to my bill

We started arguing and she said "don't come with your bullshit here" so it escalated and words were exchanged.

She's super rude, I don't wish to see her ever again, who does this ? Just admit you made a mistake and fix it, why bother arguing with the customer. 30 euros per plate and they can't even...

Lugar de la visita: Dalí Restaurant Fecha de la visita: 19 a 22 de agosto de 2019 A sido una grata sorpresa estar alojados en un hotel que disponga de un excelente restaurante, donde además de ofrecer buena comida, el precio del menú es muy razonable, y el resto de la carta (incluidas las bebidas) a precios acordes con el resto de establecimientos. Hemos cenado un par de veces, una de menú y otra a la carta, además de utilizar el servicio de bar otro par de veces para tomar unas cervezas. El menú (ya sea comida o cena) a 13,10 euros es un excelente precio, aunque no incluya las bebidas. No tienen las cartas en español, como en la mayoría de restaurantes, pero suele estar una señora muy atenta, que entiende y habla nuestro idioma.
