What a wonderful dining experience! My husband and I had a long and delightfully delicious lunch at DOOR73. And it really felt like we were taken on a culinary journey. Each dish was so distinct - unique in flavor and/or presentation. Particular favorites were the Confit Duck (one of the best I’ve ever had) and the Wagyu A5 Striploin (expensive but very close to the same splendid taste I had in Japan last year!). If you’re a dessert lover, like myself, I highly recommend budgeting space for their offerings here. The La Dame Blanche and Crème Brûlée were both wholly unique in their presentation but were also incredibly delectable. Excellent food in a lovely restaurant. I went with my girlfriend who had already visited the place with friends. Food sharing concept is great and allows you to taste more than one thing! Very friendly waitresses, chef Eric and his colleague know what they are doing and it is a treat to see them preparing the dishes in the open kitchen (also a great concept!). We had the red beet tzatziki and vitello tonnato. The tzatziki is really, really good. As a main dish we had the chicken in two ways and man was it good! The chicken is so tender and full of flavour. As someone who has been obsessed with food for over 2 decades. I can tell you it is really worth to book a table at door 73. The staff knows everything about the food in detail and the way they communicate is highly appreciated by the guests. All the dishes that we had eaten were more than great. This sure is a restaurant for people who love food or have diversified flavour palate. It’s important to know that all the main dishes need to be shared which makes the price affordable. If you are amazed by all the food and don’t know what to pick, just take the menu to follow the chef because he knows very well what he is doing.
