Unreliable and unprofessional — order accepted but not fulfilled, causing huge inconvenience

I had an event for 40 guests and ordered pastries from this bakery well in advance through their online system. When I arrived to collect, I was shocked to find the shop closed for holidays — no notice, no call, no email. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, their phone mailbox was full. Because the pastries were very specific, it was impossible to replace them at short notice, and this completely ruined the catering side of the event. To make matters worse, I was even made to pay for my own parking despite their error. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this bakery and strongly advise others to think twice before placing...

Just absurd pricing, 6 euros for a small strawberry pastry. Half of the things don't have pricing or incorrect pricing.

Everything has a random name, so when you ask which is what you get a response as if you should know what it is. "Excuse me, is that bresiliennetaart?" "Yes, it's Julienne.."

The coffee is served with the driest piece of pepper cake you've ever had, was a sweet treat for the roaming pigeons.

Your ice tea (canned), which goes for nearly 3,5 euros, is given accompanied by a lukewarm glass, no ice or anything. The glass also had chippings, nice way to cut your lips.

Do NOT recommend :/ The price of worstenbroodjes behind the window is 3 euros, but every time we need to pay 4.5 euros. It’s really expensive but not a big problem. The biggest problem is it tasted super super bad. We asked for warm worstenbroodjes, but when we’re home and ate it, we found it burned sooooooooo much ….
