Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've undergone a surgery of my adenoma with Dr. Arnaud Lambert and the hospital, the doctors and the team were fantastic, since the pre-op till the post-op, I have zero complaints. A doctor who is also an amazing human being that gave me the feeling of safeness since day 1, I can just thank God for these angels he put on my way. Now I'm also patient of Dr. Victoria Brake as my gynecologist, super sweet, patient, good listener, on the first appointment she tracked my problem, and was the only doctor who came with an effective solution. I recommend this hospital to everyone and I just don't give 10 stars because the maximum here is five š the photo was taken on day 2 of my post-op and as you can see, practically no swollen face.
I am a housewife and I only speak Pashto, so my husband accompanied me to help with translation. I also had to bring my two young daughters with meāone is 1 year old and the other is 2.5 years oldābecause I do not have access to daycare or anyone to look after them during the appointment.
It was a consultation appointment only, not a treatment or procedure. Both of my daughters were calm and quiet, and they were asleep in their strollers. As soon as the doctor saw that I was accompanied by my husband and daughters, she appeared shocked and asked, "Are you all together?" I replied, "Yes." The doctor then said, "We don't have space for so many people," to which I responded, "This is not my fault."
I found the doctorās behavior to be very unprofessional and impolite. As a medical professional, she should have spoken with more understanding and a respectful tone, especially considering my language barrier and personal situation. It was disappointing and upsetting to be treated this way.
Doctors should be trained to manage their personal judgments and treat every patient with dignity, regardless of their background or...
