I’m a regular customer here and I really love this shop , not just for the drinks and food, which are always delicious, but also for the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are hardworking and kind, and it’s clear they try their best to handle both drink orders and package services at the same time.
I’ve seen situations where some people tried to cut in line just to get their packages faster, even though others were clearly there first. The staff always try to be fair, but unfortunately, they still get rushed or criticized by some customers.
One time I saw 2–3 staff members all helping with the packages at once, and still heard a few people (often also Asian) complaining that the service was too slow. I honestly feel that’s really unfair to the team, who are doing everything they can.
Also, many misunderstandings seem to happen because some of the customers don’t speak much English. How do I know? Because I was there and even helped translate once. It’s often not the shop’s fault, just a lack of communication.
What’s even more disappointing is that some people assume that just because this is an Asian-owned shop, it should treat Asian customers better. Treating everyone equally is not discrimination ,it’s fairness. To claim it’s racist simply because you weren’t served first is, frankly, an unreasonable and exaggerated accusation.
I just hope this package business doesn’t affect the shop’s reputation ,they’re a great place with great people, and I’ll keep coming back!

Read moreThis shop was originally recommended to me by friends from the Chinese community. The milk tea tastes above average, and it also serves as an Ochama pickup point. It’s conveniently located near the university. I used to occasionally have a chat with the lady boss, but I haven’t seen her recently, and the staff seem to have become noticeably more indifferent.
After hearing about my friend’s experience, I want to share my thoughts. It’s clear that the owner does not treat Ochama pickup customers and dine-in customers equally. Even before this, I often felt ignored by the owner, and sometimes the staff wouldn’t allow us to wait inside the shop. I remember one winter day when it was drizzling outside — I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, yet still had to wait for dozens of minutes in the cold wind, only to be met with a cold and indifferent attitude from the staff. That’s an experience no one would find pleasant.
If you are short on staff but still want to run a profitable business, at the very least, please ensure that we, as customers, receive the basic respect and courtesy we deserve.
This issue has been widely discussed within the Chinese community. But I want to make one thing clear: these negative reviews are NOT solely because of my friend’s experience. Many people in our community have long been unhappy with the service attitude here — we just chose to tolerate it because of our busy academic and work schedules, rather than speak out.
Of course, we can always choose another pickup point. But by taking the time to write this review, I hope the owner can understand just how disappointed our community has been with the service here for quite a while. That way, you’ll know how to improve your processes, train your staff, and ultimately deliver better service. After all, none of us wants to see this pickup point close down because of these issues.
However, until there’s real reflection and improvement in the attitude toward customers, I personally will no longer visit this shop, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Additionally, the way frozen items are stored does not seem to comply with the Belgian cold storage regulations, as they are often placed directly on the floor.
