Good ice cream, but telling customers they cannot eat cones inside, is just plain stupid and they have just lost a customer. Probably they don't want to clean up crumbs... First of all, I did not specifically asked for take-away, nor was I asked for, but that is completely beside the point... my negative review concerns the absolute impossibility of eating a cone in your premises. Period. Comparing a restaurant take-away order to what happens in your ice cream shop regarding customers that actually enjoy eating ice cream in a cone, is trying to justify the unjustifiable. Read moreIt's a small place with a nice little garden. It's very cosy, clean, friendly place. The ice cream is very good. The whole menu is very good. Wide variety of flavours. You can have pancakes or waffles. And on top of all of these nice things, there are the people who work there, who make the place even much better. They are all nice and and do their best for their customers, but there is especially one waiter who has to be mentioned separately. He is the so nice, so friendly, so funny that just for him it's worth to come to this particular ice cream place. He always has a nice word to everyone and always smiling. For an ice cream shop , which sells happiness to families , attitude of that staff member has to be improved . 11/08/2022- my brother , my mum and I went for an ice cream , my mum orders and then says « I go outside to wait for you » (shop is narrow).
