Disappointed and Frustrated

I went to this bar with colleagues and forgot a package. I came back a few days later to get the package, and the bartender said he saw it, but it was not there anymore. He passed me to the person "in charge" who told me that he would ask from the cleaning guys, and nothing has been heard though I called many times to the person "in charge".

On top of that, there was a letter in this package with MY NAME AND ADDRESS ON IT, and yet it disappeared.

It’s deeply disappointing that a business can’t even account for what happens within its own establishment. This raises real questions about their integrity and accountability.
