DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. Restaurant manager was extremely rude and we had to wait 45 minutes for a mediocre plate of pasta. When we told the staff that we were going to leave due to the long wait (after repeatedly asking re our order) they asked us to wait a little bit more, only for them to get us just 1 plate! The 2nd plate arrived 10mins later without even the hint of an apology. Their intention was simply to stall us and keep us there.

We eventually got the food and did accept it (as by that time we were in a hurry and it would have taken us longer to leave and find another restaurant). However when we did bring up the issue with the restaurant manager, instead of apologising, she rattled off a list of excuses which included blaming us for ordering dishes that were time-consuming to prepare! Not really a place where you would enjoy a full Italian lunch. The pasta is prepared very nice but it takes a long time to get your dish. It tastes great for the most part but the Pizza for example ends up being too dry and tasteless. The wine is awful! They pour it out of a 3L plastic and you don't feel the fruits, just chemicals. I was there together with 5 of my colleagues. The older waitress who approached us told us that she does not have a table for us. As the restaurant was half empty on Friday, at 13:00, we suggested to chain 3 small tables. She said that she can merge only two of them not three. Even if 2 meters further she did it for other customers. She was rude and she just did not care if she looses us as customers or if she damages a reputation of the restaurant.
