Disappointing Experience: Ill-behaved Staff at the Beer Factory Brussels

I recently visited the Beer Factory Brussels with high expectations of trying some quality Belgian brews and immersing myself in beer culture. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior and ill-mannered staff at this establishment.

From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the staff lacked basic customer service skills. They appeared disinterested, unenthusiastic, and even rude towards patrons. Their indifferent attitude made me feel unwelcome and gave me the impression that they were doing me a favor by serving me. I witnessed several instances of staff members engaging in inappropriate conversations among themselves while neglecting their duties. One particularly disappointing incident involved a member of the staff openly berating another customer in front of customers. Such unprofessional conduct not only creates a hostile atmosphere but also demonstrates a lack of respect.

All in all, my visit to the Beer Factory Brussels was an utter disappointment due to the ill-behaved staff. The lackluster customer service, unprofessional conduct, and disinterested attitude were major letdowns. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a pleasant and enjoyable...

Avoid this place if you don't want to risk going through an awful experience due to its disrespectful and uneducated staff.

I have ended up in this place several times for casual drinks in different circumstances and I didn't have anything bad to report but recently I went through an unacceptable experience. I typically avoid leaving bad reviews, but when witnessing an exceptionally rude behavior from the staff, enough is enough and as a community we need to enforce that these acts have consequences.

Upon our arrival to the place, we were informed that all tables were fully booked, but that there were a few spots by the bar as we were only 3, so we settled ourselves in the free spot and started thinking about our drinks and arranging our clothes when one of the waiters suddenly pushed my friend from behind to make her move, without previous notice, rudely claiming that the area in which she was standing was too close to a reserved barrel (yet empty). This completely uncalled and uneducated behaviour is unacceptable when addressing a client and more so for a woman. A polite request would have sufficed, yet we were met with unnecessary hostility and unwanted physical pressure. Needless to say that we quickly departed after the incident.

I urge others to think twice before...

Big range of beer and drinks is about all this place can offer. Service is terrible and the employees don't seem to have the patented waiter awareness. The employees aren't friendly and constantly give you a mind blowing negative vibe. I literally thing the waiters are this bad, that's why this place is getting a one star....the minute you walk in you get sass and rude vibes from grown men working there. Yes I am American so maybe I'm getting the vibe because of who I am well if that's the case then this place really dieserves the one star. I was very polite and still I got the f* off feeling form every employee. This is not the way to treat people.

Second the steak was a disaster, taste very gamey which I guess is possible. Lot of fat and all they have is butter knives. 😂 They have some big meal with meats involved and all they have are butter knives.
